Installation

To Read a book backwards is a multi-sensory art installation that unravels the threads of memory and time through a tapestry of light reflection, soundscapes, earth, wind, and water. Immersive and evocative, it invites audiences to journey through time in reverse, peeling back the layers of history to uncover the hidden origins of our present. It asks the essential question: “How did we end up here?” Drawing upon the elemental forces of air, earth, light, water, and wind, the installation challenges our linear perceptions of time and memory. Fans pulse air into fabric, animating it like lungs drawing breath. The fabric swells and billows upward, a living form suspended in motion. When the fans still, the fabric exhales and collapses, resonating with the ebb and flow of existence itself. This breathing structure transforms the present into a living enigma, ripe with questions. The interplay of movement and stillness, of sound and silence, whispers an invitation: What if time could be rewritten? What if its fragments held the answers we seek?
